Today, crime in the cyberspace has been declared a global international problem, as evidenced by agreements that provide for joint steps to combat this high-tech and technical phenomenon, well actual use of cyberespionage cyberterrorism methods various countries. At same time, danger from criminal offenses committed is also recognized law enforcement agencies countries world. Currently, one main threats national security defense Ukraine. The past year became certain catalyst development new tactical-oriented combating cyberspace, both within framework public relations fieldof other areas, particular, safe functioning digital devices.Carrying out correct typology great importance investigation type offences, methodology collecting evidence base.In our scientific work, we investigated several grounds particular: 1) Convention «On Cybercrime»; 2) forensic significance elements information telecommunication technologies; 3) committing socially dangerous acts; 4) qualifications subjects who commit cyberspace; 5) according objects encroachment.It emphasized study terms their criminological understanding should have complex nature be considered different angles.It established course typological research acts cannot limited distribution criminalistic on only basis, essence matter obliges build systems based all possible real signs.
